The workout is for someone who is new to High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) but is in relatively good aerobic condition. The exercises are not difficult to perform but will be done in the following way. Six (6) pairs of exercises will be done, each pair as its own set and will last 4 minutes. Each set will have 8 cycles. The timing of the cycle of the workout is 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest – then moving to the second exercise in the pair for 20 seconds of work followed by 10 seconds of rest. You will repeat this 4 times during this set and will then get 1 minute of rest. You will then move on to the second pair of exercises for the second set.
