This program is designed to help you manage living with diabetes through a customized program for you built off of CDC exercise guidelines for people living with diabetes. There are two packages you can take advantage of. The benefits to you include developing a Diabetes Fitness Plan with specific goals based on your current levels of fitness and a way to get encouragement, coaching and accountability on your journey.
